Commercial overview

Car carrier trailers for Dubai

Export-ready car carriers for Dubai vehicle logistics, used car export and GCC distribution.

Dubai vehicle and port logistics

Car carriers and dual-purpose container chassis are evaluated for vehicle re-export, fleet movement, port cycles and onward GCC distribution. A stronger Dubai brief separates port storage, re-export routing, inland UAE delivery and GCC onward movement instead of blending them into one generic trailer request.

Direct project coordination

Use the direct phone and WhatsApp contact +7 705 804 9278 for model, quantity, route and port information. The technical file is coordinated with production in Jinan.

Dealer stock versus route-specific fleet work

Some Dubai enquiries need one demonstration unit for dealer or reseller activity, while others need a repeat configuration for a defined vehicle mix and route. Those are different commercial cases and should identify customer segment, expected reorder logic and the documentation needed for the first delivery.

Complete, OEM and knock-down supply

Projects can use factory-completed units, private-label OEM, CKD, SKD or components. The selected shipping format depends on dimensions, quantity, port handling and local assembly capability.

Port handling, approvals and service planning

Before pricing is treated as decision-grade, the buyer should confirm the operating yard or port, whether the trailer stays in UAE service or supports re-export, the target destination country for the first shipment, and the spare-parts or service expectations for the opening batch.

Confirmed manufacturing framework

Production is based in Jinan, China. Projects can be configured from 12 to 24 metres in length with custom height to the approved specification. MOQ starts from 3 units, and typical production time is approximately 3 weeks after technical and commercial approval.

Components, supply format and control

Axles, suspension, brakes and other components can use Ultima/OEM Chinese solutions or established brands. Every model can be evaluated as a complete trailer, private-label OEM, CKD, SKD or component supply. Agreed inspection points, production photos and final pre-shipment inspection are documented.

Warranty, certificates and logistics

Factory-completed units carry a 12-month warranty on main assemblies. Locally assembled projects do not carry a blanket factory warranty on the finished unit; component and assembly responsibilities are defined in the contract. Certificate documents are available for review and confirmed per destination. Freight and vessel arrangements can be coordinated with logistics partners.

Prepare the Dubai RFQ

Provide vehicle mix or cargo, required length, loading system, axle preference, quantity, destination route and target procurement timing.

Build a route-specific RFQ for Dubai

For a Jebel Ali or Dubai yard project, specify whether the trailer itself will be operated locally or exported. Identify the receiving buyer, unloading facility and final operating country. Keep the vehicle export shipment separate from the trailer purchase specification.

Compare offers against a controlled scope

Request a revision-controlled drawing, installed component list, equipment price and included services. Separate packing, freight, insurance, clearance, unloading and commissioning responsibilities. Require written approval for any changes to axles, suspension, tyres or brakes. Compare inspection access, quotation validity and warranty responsibilities as well as the initial price.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can you coordinate freight to Dubai?

Yes. Freight and vessel arrangements can be coordinated with logistics partners after the model and shipment format are approved.

Can a Dubai dealer use its own brand?

Private-label branding, paint, plates and documentation can be included in the approved OEM scope.

How is quality documented?

Agreed inspection points, production photos and final pre-shipment inspection are recorded for the order.

Can one Dubai proposal cover re-export and domestic UAE movement together?

Only at an outline level. The operating case, destination approvals and service expectations should still be separated before production terms are fixed.

Should the first Dubai order define spare-parts and service coverage?

Yes. Pilot stock and repeat fleet supply should not be treated as the same case without an agreed spare-parts and service plan.

What should I send to receive a comparable proposal?

Send your company and purchasing contact, cargo dimensions and weight, tractor, route, quantity and target date. Include drawings or photographs when available and distinguish requirements already confirmed by your local team from points still under review.
