One trailer platform for vehicle logistics and container transport operations.

Specification
Commercial fit
A factory quotation is meaningful only when it reflects the cargo, operating route and required configuration. These inputs help avoid a generic price that changes after technical review.
Container chassis projects become comparable only after the buyer defines whether the first order supports port drayage, inland container distribution, mixed UAE re-export work or an Oman corridor with different empty-return and road conditions. A generic 'container trailer' request is usually too weak to freeze the frame, axle and locking concept.
The RFQ should separate container sizes, gross weight assumptions, tractor interface, daily cycle, yard versus highway use and whether the same fleet also needs dual-purpose vehicle loading flexibility. Twenty-foot, forty-foot and mixed-container work may require different load distribution, axle layout and operational compromises.
Twist-lock arrangement, frame layout, axle count, suspension, braking package and electrical scope should be checked against the actual port workflow and inland route rather than copied from a generic export list. The buyer should also confirm corrosion exposure, maintenance preference and any local review points already known for UAE, Dubai or Oman operations.
Projects can be supplied as complete chassis, private-label OEM, CKD, SKD or component-led programs when the operating file is clear. Inspection points, marking, photos, export packing and shipping route should be agreed before production so the port handover and inland start-up do not depend on missing assumptions.
Production is based in Jinan, China. Projects can be configured from 12 to 24 metres in length with custom height to the approved specification. MOQ starts from 3 units, and typical production time is approximately 3 weeks after technical and commercial approval.
Axles, suspension, brakes and other components can use Ultima/OEM Chinese solutions or established brands. Every model can be evaluated as a complete trailer, private-label OEM, CKD, SKD or component supply. Agreed inspection points, production photos and final pre-shipment inspection are documented.
Factory-completed units carry a 12-month warranty on main assemblies. Locally assembled projects do not carry a blanket factory warranty on the finished unit; component and assembly responsibilities are defined in the contract. Certificate documents are available for review and confirmed per destination. Freight and vessel arrangements can be coordinated with logistics partners.
Send company, port or operating city, container mix, annual volume, route, tractor details, preferred components, loading cycle and purchase timing. Exact dimensions, tare, payload, twist-lock scope, local approvals and delivery terms remain owner-controlled inputs until they are confirmed for the project.

Quote to specificationFAQ
Potentially, but only after the buyer confirms the container mix, weight distribution, route and tractor interface. A mixed-container brief can change frame and axle assumptions compared with a single-format project.
Yes, for dual-purpose platforms, but the deck treatment, twist-lock layout, loading sequence and duty cycle need to be documented before the specification is treated as stable.
At minimum: port plan, inland route, container sizes, gross weight assumptions, tractor details, preferred running gear, annual volume and any local approval points already verified on the buyer side.
