Commercial overview

Saudi semi-trailer dealer program

A factory-coordinated partnership route for Saudi trailer dealers, fleet suppliers and industrial equipment distributors.

Who the program is for

Established Saudi dealers, fleet suppliers, vehicle-logistics companies and industrial equipment distributors with a defined customer base and sales plan.

Territory and sales coverage

A stronger Saudi dealer case explains whether the program is built around equipment transport, vehicle logistics, port work, mixed fleets or a broader stocking strategy. City coverage, customer segments, demonstration capacity and service reach should be documented before representation terms are discussed.

Product and brand scope

The model mix can include lowbeds, car carriers, container chassis, flatbeds, tippers and special trailers. Private-label branding, paint, plates and documents are agreed in the OEM file once the dealer confirms which families belong in the first phase.

Complete units or local assembly

A partner can evaluate factory-completed trailers, CKD, SKD or component supply. For local assembly, the contract separates factory scope, local work, final inspection, spare-parts coverage and warranty responsibility.

Confirmed manufacturing framework

Production is based in Jinan, China. Projects can be configured from 12 to 24 metres in length with custom height to the approved specification. MOQ starts from 3 units, and typical production time is approximately 3 weeks after technical and commercial approval.

Components, supply format and control

Axles, suspension, brakes and other components can use Ultima/OEM Chinese solutions or established brands. Every model can be evaluated as a complete trailer, private-label OEM, CKD, SKD or component supply. Agreed inspection points, production photos and final pre-shipment inspection are documented.

Warranty, certificates and logistics

Factory-completed units carry a 12-month warranty on main assemblies. Locally assembled projects do not carry a blanket factory warranty on the finished unit; component and assembly responsibilities are defined in the contract. Certificate documents are available for review and confirmed per destination. Freight and vessel arrangements can be coordinated with logistics partners.

Support and launch planning

We support specification review, production follow-up, photo records, pre-shipment inspection and coordination with freight and vessel partners. The first order should also define whether the dealer needs display stock, repeat fleet supply, OEM branding or a narrower pilot line.

Regional terms

Representation and exclusivity are not automatic. They are discussed after the target region, customer segments, volume, service capability, spare-parts plan and sales targets are agreed.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What information should a Saudi dealer send?

Company profile, territory, customer segments, preferred models, first-order quantity, annual forecast, service capability and procurement timing.

Can the dealer use its own brand?

Yes. Private-label production can include branding, paint, markings and agreed documentation.

Can the first Saudi order cover several trailer families?

Yes, if the dealer explains the target buyers, stocking logic and model priorities so the factory reviews a coherent launch plan rather than an unfocused catalogue request.

Can the project start with CKD or SKD?

Yes, when local assembly capability, tooling, inspection responsibility and component scope are documented.
